Installation:

Download the rom and move it to EXTERNAL MicroSD;

Reboot device in TWRP recovery (boot pressing and holding Volume Up + Home Button + Power Button);

Wipe data (BEFORE INSTALLING and NOT AFTER, if not you will lose some preinstalled apps): go in Wipe>Advanced wipes>Select Data confirm with a swipe;

Press Home Button and then press Install>Up a level until you are in phone root, then press extsdcard;
Select rom zip and swipe to confirm;

When flash is finished, press on Reboot system and WAIT A LOT.
DO NOT WORRY IF PHONE REBOOT 2 TIMES: it's normal after SuperSU SystemLess flashing; 
first bot can take up to 10 minutes

not tested but should work 900F..

This is an early cm14 port for the HLTE. Most features working!

I do not have a crazy amount of time to pour into this rom, I work on it when I am free.

The kernel included in this rom is forked from temasek's kernel (thank you temasek). Source for the kernel included is found on my github here.

At the moment this rom supports HLTE/TMO/CAN (GSM) (but has only been tested on HLTE SM-n9005), I do plan on compiling a cdma build for SPR and VZW in the future.

This rom isn't ready for daily use yet in my opinion. 

What works:

What doesn't work:
Not tested extensively. 

This is a userdebug build - therefore it does come with root embedded. 

Requires at least an Android 4.3 (or higher) bootloader.

1. Check your bootloader and modems, you may have to update to the latest one for your device (below XXXXNE5 - KitKat will have issues)

If you are having issues after flashing the ROM, I would suggest that you download and flash the latest lollipop firmware (recommend the one for your region) from sammobile and flash it using odin 3.7 or 3.9 (3.10 and upwards seems to be buggy for the S4). Do a factory reset in TWRP (do not do manual wipes) and then flash the ROM.

Installation Steps
Root permission and Custom recovery (PhilZ Touch 6.48.4 or twrp-2.8.7.0) is required for flashing any custom rom so make sure you are done this part.
Make sure your phone is fully charged to 100%.
Now follow as below:

Download the ROM zip and make sure md5sum is matched then transfer to your phone
Flash odin latest modem and bootloader from here
Boot the phone into Recovery Mode
Do a FULL wipe: Dalvik Cache, Cache, Data, System even if coming from a port rom
Flash rom
The first boot may take 15-20 min
After booting up in setting wizard make sure to uncheck diagnostic data

How about bugs?
This is a port rom so expect some bugs due to the fact that all features and mods including in this rom are supposed to be running on a Note7 device and with a different hardware structure. However it was attempted to fix and provide as less bug free as possible for daily use. Here are major known issues for your info:

• AOD not working properly
• Some camera mode not working due to hardware limitation
